Back in March Rob ran with a great runner, and a fellow Highbury Fields parkrun regular, the World Marathon Majors' David Macnamara. They had lots of global running to talk about - Seville and Las Vegas, in addition to London, Berlin, Tokyo, Chicago Boston and New York of course. But first, a bit of karaoke, and Dave has to try and get Rob off the subject of U2.
