The message on Day 12 is don't play small. We get told to be humble and work in silence but the truth is we get to be who we want, dream as big as we want, to live as quietly or publicly as we want. 

These are all our choices. If you allow others to dictate your actions, your goals, your voice, you will achieve whatever they want and not always for you, often for them.
