I welcome you back to the Beyond Condition Podcast to talk about a recent life changing period that has led to me dealing with my own thoughts, feelings and behaviours around food.
Having been involved in the sport of bodybuilding for over 10 years I have undoubtably been through many experiences that involve behaviours around food. I have prepped and competed back to through my whole journey as a competitor and now as I embrace a longer off season it’s time to dig deeper in order to work on my own relationship with food.
