For those in a cash practice (or thinking about one), tough love: it's extremely rare for physicians to be onboard with cash PT.

But we can't ever let this derail our own judgment!  So often we start doubting ourselves because a physician - who literally knows less than nothing about pelvic PT - questions our business model.

We have several physicians who have never sent us a single patient....until a family member needs help, and then we are the only place they send them. 

It's frustrating, wrong, asinine - choose your adjective - but it is a fact of life.  And, eventually, it's freeing!  PelvicSanity doesn't depend on fickle physician referrals; patients who value getting the best possible care seek us out.
