Talking all sorts of crap really (for want of a better word) from a debrief on Cup Day in Christchurch to some of the latest social media rants we've come across - one by Lewis Capaldi on his aversion to exercise and the other by Jameela Jamil and the claims that 'Heroin Chic is back' - and in and around that some other bits like lacking empathy for those who like different things, such as a 5am gym class (two hour round trip) or even high heels.
