DeClutter Your Mind: Narcissistic Abuse Survivors Meditation Affirmation
As you're recovering from narcissistic abuse, you might find that your mind feels foggy and cluttered. If you're ever going to be happy, you need to find a way back to YOU - the true self you are.
You can begin to do this by decluttering your mind - clearing your head of all of the toxic clutter left behind by your abuser.
This is a brief series of affirmations geared at helping you to clear your mind and open it to creating and manifesting the life you truly want and deserve.
At the end of the video, there are three reflection questions that you can answer in the comments section below, or in your own journal.
