On this episode of Grow with Zo, I am talking all about belief systems - how they completely rule your life, thoughts & experiences. We talk about how to build awareness around them & how to shift these beliefs to ones that are in alignment with your true and most best self.
ACTIVITY - 1. write out your beliefs around Life, Self, Love/Relationships, Money, Career, Food, ETC.. notice which beliefs make you feel limited or bring anxiety, & write our new beliefs that feel empowering, limitless and full of ease!
2. Write out a mini story of your DREAM day, who are you? where are you? how do you feel? what are you doing? who are you with? what is happening? what thoughts do you have? etc.. re-read this story daily to anchor these beliefs to be true!
