Annalise Yagya Jyoti is a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, Fertility Awareness Educator, and Yoga Teacher. She is passionate about menstrual health education, holistic healing, and cyclical living. She provides education and resources for those from menarche to menopause.

Annalise studied at Justisse College and has worked with women and couples from all over the world to boost fertility and become more in tune with their bodies. She believes that cyclical living is one of the greatest forms of self-care and that it can help you achieve your fertility-related goals.
