Sylvie Bourgeois suffered for 10 years from painfully aggressive IBS, with diverticulitis infections involving trips to the ER and antibiotics at twice least a year.

In 2023 she had another severe gut infection, but opted out of bowel removal surgery. At that time, she started the Carnivore diet, and it reversed all her issues.

Sylvie was also on ADHD and antidepression and anxiety medications, at times avoiding even her own family, until Carnivore got her mind and her life back for her.

She has lost weight, and her inflammation is gone, which cleared up other health issues.
