Are you being bold, or are you being sold?
I spent the 4th of July redoing my vision board — writing down who I am and what I have as if I've already achieved it. Not someday. Now. Because when you speak something out loud, it starts to become true.
In this episode I'm reading you some of what I wrote — my "I am" and "I have" statements — not to show off, but to give you permission to think bigger. To stop being ashamed of your goals. I talk about why vulnerability is actually a superpower, why leaders have to be lighthouses for the people around them, and why life does not favor default — it favors the bold.
I also get real about the CEO opportunity that came out of nowhere and reminded me how small I'd been playing, the relationships I've struggled to show up for, and why writing things down in a notebook is still the most underrated tool for changing your life.
If you're stuck, if you're playing it safe, if you're living life on default — this one's for you.
Grab a notebook. Write down what you want. Say it out loud. That's it. That's the whole thing.
If this hit you, share it with someone who needs to hear it today.
