Dear younger me, please stop being so hard on yourself. You are doing your best, and learning and growing and making a ton of mistakes but this is all a result of your willingness to take risks which ultimately is leading you towards a brighter future and a stronger you. If you could only just pause for a moment to appreciate yourself rather than this constant cycle of beating yourself up. You don’t deserve to allow your inner critic to speak to you the way that she does. However it is not for nothing, I can see that now. I can now see that you had to go through this, for you to know how it feels, work through it and with that be able to help others do the same. I love you.
