Did you know your client’s nervous system taps into your own nervous system?
In today’s episode, Lynn discusses the importance of developing a strong therapeutic presence. Therapeutic presence is your ability to be fully connected and grounded without yourself so you can hold space for your clients to support their healing journey without influencing it with a specific agenda.
By grounding in and attuning to your own body and thoughts, you can recognize what is yours and what is your clients. You can learn how to create an open and safe space. You can then start dialoguing with your client, so they feel heard and empowered during the session. Empowering clients also leads to greater healing.
