It’s a comic book showdown on today’s show - but not the usual kind. Forget your Marvel masterpieces and stale Superman side quests, let’s watch a 52 year-old detective’s scrap with a half-invisible playboy in Dick Tracy vs The Shadow!

First up, 1990’s Dick Tracy. In this comical comic caper, an underwhelming Batman rip-off clashes with a shouty gangster who actually wants to be a musical theatre director. It all feels a bit rushed - perhaps because lead actor and director Warren Beatty was told any budget overspending would come out of his fee!
