Predicting a narcissist’s behaviour and actions using a normal persons thought process and societal norms and expectations will produce an incorrect conclusion. This educational talk explains 13 weird behaviours of narcissists common to all and the reasons behind why narcissists behave accordingly and predictably. Once we understand the mindset of the enemy we can forearm ourselves and navigate the Narcissistic Personality Disorder more successfully, particularly where we have to negotiate terms. Understanding an opponent’s behaviour drivers provides a strong advantage when faced with a non compromising attitude such as is typical with narcissists.
