  • Ep. 98 – The Murder of William Arnold Newton Part V: A Dark Anniversary
One year ago and with your help, Christopher and Eric marked the 30th anniversary of the tragic murder of young gay man named Billy Newton by bringing investigators their first real lead in decades. In this episode, they cover all the latest developments in the case and offer tips on how all of us might advance the investigation again. In October of 1990, Billy Newton, who performed in gay adult videos as Billy London, was last seen in a West Hollywood night club before his dismembered remains were found in a dumpster several miles away. Did you or anyone you know attend the West Hollywood Halloween celebrations in October of 1990? Did you take pictures or videos? Key pieces of evidence could be lurking in the background of your snapshots. Listen in to find out which times and dates we're looking to reconstruct as we help investigators trace Billy's final movements in hopes of capturing images of the last person to have seen Billy alive. We're counting on your help. We want to hear from you at [email protected].

  • Ep. 97 – Christopher & Eric’s True Crime TV Club Serves Up “48 Hours: In The Name Of Hate”
In 2017, Blaze Bernstein, a talented and beloved young gay man, returned home to California to visit his family for the holidays and vanished into thin air. Or so it seemed. Our Party People have been asking us to visit this shocking case for some time, so Christopher and Eric made it the focus of this True Crime TV Club, serving up episode 45 of season 43 of the series 48 HOURS, entitled "In The Name of Hate". This vicious hate crime seems open and shut. But Christopher and Eric debate whether or not the producers fully illuminated the terrible events that lead to Blaze's murder, or descended into conspiratorial fearmongering to support their own narrative. In the end, did 48 HOURS focus enough on the real killer? Christopher and Eric have opinions, as always.

  • Ep. 96 – Forgive Or Forget
During last episode's discussion of the Robert Durst murder trial, Christopher and Eric raised intriguing questions about cover stories and fake alibis, and what it means to stand by the ones you love through thick and thin. Then they put the question to you, our Party People, on The Dinner Party Show's Facebook page. When it comes to your best friends, your children, your lovers, what crimes or secrets could you never forgive? Your answers made for a fascinating discussion which took an intense turn when Christopher and Eric tried to answer those very questions for themselves…and each other.

If a feature film accused you of murder, would you contact the filmmakers and offer to provide a special commentary for the DVD? Christopher and Eric answer those questions and more as they discuss ALL GOOD THINGS, featuring an all-star cast headlined by Ryan Gosling and Kristen Dunst.

Once the hurricane has passed there's far more devastation left behind than meets the eye of this storm.

  • Ep. 89 – Binge Me Baby One More Time!
Christopher and Eric return! Having gone as long as they can using Eric's appendectomy as an excuse not to produce new episodes, your hosts roar back into the studio. They have much to say about their hair raising journey through a crowded emergency room during a COVID spike. They also have advisories and advice for anyone who thinks they might be suffering from appendicitis. As the pandemic of the unvaccinated continues, they'll also be sharing your wonderful recommendations for excellent binge watches (and listens). Thanks to everyone who responded on The Dinner Party Show Facebook page.
