This week we talk about some big news from around the dirt racing world! It was announced the Eldora Million is coming back in 2022! The event will be paying just over one million dollars to the race winner, making it the biggest winners purse ever in dirt late model racing! We also talk about the All Star Circuit of Champions schedule for 2022, the FloRacing Night in America schedule and we answer fan questions!
This week we talk about the World Finals from last week and how we didn't see the normal amount of news coming out of the event. We also talk about Bobby Pierce winning $100k in Las Vegas. We also talk about the sad news out of Arizona where Daison Pursley had a bad accident that left him in the hospital with a spinal cord injury.
We talk about Duane's eventful weekend which featured his daughter getting married and the fun we had at the wedding among many racers. Then we talk about Elliott's decision to get one more race in for the year at Montpelier Motor Speedway. We also talk about the recently released World of Outlaw Sprint Car schedule and what stuck out to us.
This week we sit down and talk about our trip to Gas City as they were one of the few tracks that raced in our area. We also recap the Trophy Cup from California where Buddy Kofoid was crowned champion. We also talk about the recent rule change in the UMP Modified division which raised a lot of questions and pushback from certain drivers. Then we end the show by answering fan questions!
This episode we talk about Duane's trip to Kokomo Speedway for the first night of the Kokomo Klash. The we talk about the Dirt Track World Championship where Ricky Thorton Jr took $100k. While RTJ took the money, the attention was on Chris Ferguson and Brandon Sheppard. An altercation between the drivers crews led up to both drivers being disqualified for the $100k to win main event. Modified driver Nick Hoffman also got some attention by winning the modified event only to be disqualified for a brake line violation. We end the show by answering fan questions!
This week we talk about Elliott's first trip to Fairbury Speedway in Illinois. As a die hard late model fan it was time to make a trip one of the most popular racetracks. Duane also tells us about his trip to Fremont Speedway for a dance in the rain and one night of racing for the Jim Ford Classic featuring the All Star Sprints. We also cover other events that happened around our area and talk about some silly season rumors.
This week we talk about Duane's trip to Atomic, as it was the only racing around our area. We also talk about the news of Scott Bloomquist splitting with Cody Sommer and what we expect to see out of Bloomquist going forward. Then we talk about the Lucky Dog rule with the Lucas Oil Dirt Late Model Series and we discuss the National Open at Williams Grove. We also take some time to answer fan questions!
We recap the Four Crown Nationals at Eldora Speedway. Duane tells us about his trip to Eldora and his visit to the Whistle Stop. He also tells us about singing karaoke with Jack Hewitt after the races! We talk about other races from the area then end by talking about the Gateway Nationals. There has been little info released about the yearly race which leaves many fans questioning if it will happen in 2021 or it the event is doomed for the future.
This week we week we talk about some of the racing that happened around the country. We cover the racing from Knoxville, Texas and more! We also bring back fan questions this week! We are pretty sure some of our answers can get us in trouble!
This week we sit down and talk about the running of the World 100's at Eldora Speedway. Brandon Overton stayed hot at Eldora and took the 51st running of the event while Johnathan Davenport took the coveted 50th version of the mega event. We talk about all of the drama from the World, including Bobby Pierce getting DQ'd for Thursday's event. We also cover the All Star Circuit of Champions $54,000 to win Tuscarora 50, the Husets USAC Nationals and the AFCS Championship weekend!
