ABOUT SHENA JARAMILLO, RD

Shena is a registered dietitian who has devoted her career to supporting individuals with eating disorders in recovery. She runs a virtual private practice as well as an eating disorder/intuitive eating blog. Having a history of an eating disorder herself, it's her life's mission to challenge eating disorders for others in any way that she can!

 

Shena has a a history of ARFID, Anorexia, and Binge eating disorder. She lost 20 years of my life to eating disorders and I am passionate about fighting to make sure no one else has the same experience.

 

Shena is located in Washington state. She practices virtually in Washington, Colorado, Texas, Illinois, California, and Michigan.
