Jason Lewis is a marketing master. He co-founded the Investor Machine, which is one of the nation’s leading marketing services for real estate investors, specializing in industry-leading lists and mailing services. He has been in the business since 2012. His first five years were spent working at a flipping company, which went from 12 to over 150 flips a year in his tenure there as right-hand man to the company owner. From there, he started his own flip/wholesale operation at the end of 2017. The company’s assignment fees plus net flip profits totaled 1 million in his first full year. Year 2 was over 2 million, and year three was over 4 million. Creation Utah is pacing to do between 3 and 4 million this year and is run on less than 5 hours a week of Jason’s involvement.

The idea of the Investor Machine started and grew slowly from 2018-2020. In 2020, the company officially launched its model as it is today and has over 115 members throughout the United States, averaging excellent returns and with their time freed up to focus on what they do best. Creation Utah is also an Investor Machine client, and so far, 67% of Creation Utah’s revenue has come from being Investor Machine members.

Jason is married to Amanda Lewis, and they have five kids. When 4 and 5 were born, the oldest was five years old. They live in Ogden, Utah, and enjoy giving back, spending time with family, and water sports.

Paul Sparks | Bunny Hill Properties / Whale Club

As the founder and Operations Manager of Bunny Hill Properties, Paul got bit by the real estate bug when he first moved to Denver in 2013 and now invests in rental properties across Colorado.

Dan founded Nth Degree CPAs in Seattle in 2008 with the objective of building a successful practice by helping small business owners cultivate good accounting and tax practices to achieve their financial goals.

A Northwest native, Dan grew up in Renton and attended Seattle University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with emphases in Accounting and E-Commerce Information Systems.

Upon graduation, Dan was selected from a pool of nominees from the nation’s top 50 accounting programs for an exclusive fellowship with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). As a member of the GASB team, he was responsible for managing all technical inquiries and assisted what has become Statement No. 53, “Accounting and Financial Reporting for Derivative Instruments.” (For those who don’t speak CPA, accountants consider setting a national standard to be a big deal).

Since then, Dan has worked in finance and accounting roles at Clark Nuber, UPS, WaMu, and Deloitte and Touche’s Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practices, where he was primarily responsible for auditing the financial statements and IT internal controls around the Treasury cycle at Microsoft.

Outside of work, Dan has been actively involved in the Seattle University community, including previously serving as the Alumni Board of Governors President. He bikes and runs frequently and has completed three Half-Ironman triathlon races (one to see if he could do it and two to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society). Dan is an avid fan of both the Seahawks and Seattle University Basketball (he’d be an avid fan of the Sonics, too, if they were still in town…).

Dan founded Nth Degree CPAs in Seattle in 2008 with the objective of building a successful practice by helping small business owners cultivate good accounting and tax practices to achieve their financial goals.

A Northwest native, Dan grew up in Renton and attended Seattle University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with emphases in Accounting and E-Commerce Information Systems.

Upon graduation, Dan was selected from a pool of nominees from the nation’s top 50 accounting programs for an exclusive fellowship with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). As a member of the GASB team, he was responsible for managing all technical inquiries and assisted what has become Statement No. 53, “Accounting and Financial Reporting for Derivative Instruments.” (For those who don’t speak CPA, accountants consider setting a national standard to be a big deal).

Since then, Dan has worked in finance and accounting roles at Clark Nuber, UPS, WaMu, and Deloitte and Touche’s Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practices, where he was primarily responsible for auditing the financial statements and IT internal controls around the Treasury cycle at Microsoft.

Outside of work, Dan has been actively involved in the Seattle University community, including previously serving as the Alumni Board of Governors President. He bikes and runs frequently and has completed three Half-Ironman triathlon races (one to see if he could do it and two to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society). Dan is an avid fan of both the Seahawks and Seattle University Basketball (he’d be an avid fan of the Sonics, too, if they were still in town…).

Mr. Terry is a former US Marine who led his platoon to battle in Desert Storm and was recognized with multiple awards for outstanding leadership and drive. He has traveled to over 30 countries around the world serving our country and learned that fear is just a weak state of mind. After exiting the Marine Corps with an honorable discharge, he bought his first apartment complex 17 years ago, at the age of 22; he then went on and started a successful sales and marketing company for six years, producing $5,000,000 annually in sales. He opened six offices nationwide, including Phoenix, Raleigh, Cleveland, Naples, Jacksonville, and Pensacola. Because of the success, the parent company employed Mr. Terry to travel to the US to motivate and train company sales reps; on several occasions, the seminars reached 1000+ people. He also executed hundreds of real estate investment transactions, with a cumulative transaction value of approximately $120,000,000. Such investments have included residential properties, raw land development, and multifamily complexes ranging from single-family homes to 138-acre parcels and 10-unit to 300-unit apartment complexes under various investment companies.

Currently, in this market, Mr. Terry is buying and selling 7-10 properties a month by either fixing & flipping turn-key cash flow properties with tenants in place to investors across the country or selling wholesale properties to cash investors.

Mr. Terry has been married to Angela for 15 years and lives with his two daughters in Phoenix, AZ, and Dana Point, CA.

The podcast has grown to tens of thousands of followers, with new community members sharing their success stories every week.

Steve’s legacy will be to create 100 Millionaires. One of his favorite quotes is from the great Zig Ziglar: “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” He heard this quote when he first got into real estate, and it has stuck with him throughout his entire career. It’s essentially one of the core values Steve lives by.
