Men pulling away from a relationship isn’t a new phenomenon. In fact, ‘men pulling away’ is a common Google search term simply because it happens so frequently. This is no surprise because men in general don’t understand what it means to have a deep, committed relationship.

And by deep I mean having those vulnerable conversations about what they want for their future, both in terms of a relationship and their life goals. Sometimes it’s hard to look 5 years ahead and think about what kind of life they want (this is true for women also) but I ask you…what kind of life are you living if you’re just going through the same routines day in and day out?
