The first episode of Ask Leece went LIVE last week, and with the launch of Move it Mama's new 'talk show' (lol), has come lots of questions. One of which went, in summary, like this: "Do you weigh yourself? I do, weekly, and my mood is affected dependent on the number". We felt this was a big question, but also one that many of us might be interested in discussing. We don't have the answers, and we aren't experts. What we talk about here are our experiences, our thoughts around regularly stepping on scales, and things we might otherwise be able to do that make us feel good about ourselves. Because after all, that's one of the main reasons Move it Mama exists; to help people to feel GOOD.
