So I did a weird thing. Ok it's probably not that weird, but it was for me. Turns out I loved it though... I usually do when I scoot right out of my comfort zone and do un-Tiff-like things!

Michaela Boehm joined us on the show in episode 520 talking about sex, love and embodiment and it was a ripper of an episode. Afterwards she invited me to attend her workshop when she came to Australia in early March, so I did. It's fair to say that calling it 'Awakening The Pleasure Body' was enough to have me mildly concerned about what 'activities' we would be doing for the day. I guess you'll have to tune in and listen to find out what happened next.
