This is the first episode of the new year—and the first one in a while. I’ve been away for months, and I want to say this simply: I’m glad to be back. I’m sorry I disappeared. I missed you. 2025 was a year that refused to perform. A year that asked for truth instead of polish, for silence instead of explanation. If that resonates, you may want to read my Substack.
In this episode, we talk about learning to want again without flinching—how desire returns quietly, cautiously, like a wild animal, and the courage it takes not to scare it away. We talk about rebuilding identity without witnesses—becoming someone new without an audience, without validation, without a neat before-and-after moment. And we talk about grief as an unchosen education—the way heartbreak teaches discernment, depth, and a private language only the initiated understand.
This episode is an offering toward living as art, not performance—creating a life guided by taste, inner coherence, and discernment rather than applause.
