Every human on earth has some sort of trauma that we’re dealing with which can affect any aspect of our lives. And the word “trauma” doesn’t only describe violent or abusive incidents. Minor incidents that we remember from our past can ultimately affect our personalities and our future actions and I attribute that as trauma as well.

My guest today is author Jeff Brown and we’re talking about how to work through trauma with our partners instead of letting it fester. When partners are vulnerable and share their deepest fears while supporting each other through their own personal development journey, very often those relationships get stronger and they learn how to connect in a deeper way.
