Stress is a killer to our bodies, it will make you gain weight, loss hair and sleep to name a few. In our Latino culture we are taught that fear is a form of love. We are also surrounded by so much information that it makes us stress too because we fear of missing out while news media in it’s majority focuses on bad news.
