Today I’m double dipping with Sami Tamimi. As the co-founder of Ottolenghi, he has helped bring Middle Eastern food to homes around the world, changing the way we eat and think about food. Although we haven’t seen eachother in a while, he’s been as busy as ever. He’s released a new cookbook, Boustany, which focuses on vegetable led dishes he grew up with in Palestine. Sami is incredibly talented, and I feel so honoured to be back in his presence again.
