Christa is Advanced Nutrition certified for over 15 years. She is also certified in low carb, keto and carnivore. Her experience with clients includes bodybuilding, sports nutrition, high performing executives, and student athletes over the course of her career. She scaled back her own practice to help launch Revero, being Revero's first hired health coach. She spent many years chronic dieting and counting calories, and finally healed her own metabolism using a carnivore approach. Her initial motivation for understanding how food affects our bodies was wanting to raise kids with healthy habits. She worked corporate jobs, raised a family and earned her MBA, all while optimizing her own health and body composition. Her passion is to help others understand how to fit their new healthy lifestyle into their already busy schedule, so that time is not a barrier to optimal health.

She is currently living outside of Austin TX with her husband Nick and angus cows, longhorns, a pair of mini donkeys and 3 pitbulls. Christa is working on her doctorate in Nutrition Medicine through the American Natural Wellness Practitioners Board.

In Mary Ann's 33 years of life, she has faced anorexia, a near-death infection, institutional abuse, and the trauma of amputation, but she has found purpose in nourishing her body and sharing her testimony. Mary Ann has been carnivore since 2018 and rededicated her life to Jesus in 2022 during a hospital stay, and those two decisions have strengthened her physical body and saved her soul.

Mary Ann grew up in a household run by two doctors who didn't allow her to eat red meat, and followed every "heart healthy" dietary lie being perpetrated by the government in the early nineties. She became fixated around her weight and food intake as a way of regaining control in a chaotic household and developed an eating disorder that only going carnivore could cure.

In 2022, bacteria from a hot tub entered an open cut in her leg and the resulting infection caused her to go septic. Mary Ann lost half of her left foot, two fingers, and nearly her life. The doctors performed skin graft surgery to save her legs, but after three years the grafts failed and she lost her right leg below the knee right after Meatstock 2025 due to osteomyelitis. Mary Ann just received her prosthetic two weeks ago and is walking and driving - healing at lightning speed thanks to God and the healing power of meat!
