1. It’s not recommended, but sometimes, you just need to go all-in to be successful.

2. Splitting 50/50 is an alternative and attractive option in trying to get deals from realtors.

3. Honest and transparent in transactions and deals build a good reputation.

4. To have a coherent cold calling, focus and listen to their answers and then ask another question based on that. Come with a blank slate and base on the answers prescribe as a doctor would.

5. Figure on what makes you happy, and just build a business that supports that.
