In 9 months she completely transformed her miserable mental health into an empowering & confident mindset, she lost 34lbs, she started playing soccer again, she quit one of her jobs to get promoted at another & she fully committed to her dream of starting to open up her own restaurant in 2020. Along with all of this, she also made a huge impact on her family, friends & colleagues by leading as an example to help them also transform their health, mindset & fitness alongside with her
