In today's episode Kehla decided to record her journey around the mindset shift she's had when it comes to uncertainty in life - in particular with the Covid-19 vaccination.
Having had a number of people confide in her about their uncertainty with this vaccination demand, she decided to share how she reclaimed her freedom in handling the realm of the Pandemic & enforced vaccinations in British Columbia, Canada.
The reality is, what people may not realize, whether you're pro/choice/anti-vax - we're all seeking the same thing: health & safety within our body & our environment. What seems right for one, will look different for another, because 'there's right for you & there's right for me'. Nothing is promised, nothing is guaranteed - it's all subjective & a lot of society seems to have forgotten that.
In this episode Kehla, being pro-choice, dives into how to shift our experience with uncertainty & reclaim our power using our perception & focus in life. She deep dives into how we give a negative connotation to 'uncertainty' like it's a bad thing, when in reality it's actually neutral & a space for us to be creative & own our own experience.
