Ashantis Jones (she/they) is a trained Master’s level Counselor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer that focuses their work on the mind and body - both of which are equally important to one’s health. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMPH), she practices as a Mental Health + Recovery Coach and Fitness Professional. Her specialties include body image/body respect, weight-inclusive care, and career-based trauma. She utilizes an intersectional, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach.
