In California, Proposition 50, also known as the Election Rigging Response Act, passed, meaning the Golden State will plan to redistrict for the 2026 Congressional election. In New York City, Sue Aller reports that the new mayor will be Zohran Mamdani, who vowed not to cooperate with the White House and the candidate President Trump called a Communist.
