Sparky Coach

Electrical Lords // Coz Baby Now We’ve Got Bad Blood

Listen Later

Ah yes Taylor Swift references are alive and well in the Sparky Coach dojo that’s for sure.

Today we discuss the harsh reality of your weapon employees leaving to start their own business.

Some call it a dagger to the soul, some call it an inevitable part of business journey, some go into protection mode, some get mad, some get sad, some kick out swiftly, some play the Happy Gilmore card and say “I’m sorry baby I didn’t mean that I would love you to stay around”.

One thing is for sure though, anyone that has encountered a lord staff member leaving for greener pastures will probably say the same thing.: be encouraging, be supportive, be kind, make decisions that you would be proud of in 5 years etc etc.

Sometimes it’s hard to see the forest from the trees, but seeing things from both sides it’s such an important skill to learn in business and personal life.

Who knows, maybe one day the will come back?

Our prayer is simple: May your weapon staff members stay with you forever and ever amen.

We pronounce / demand this trade god blessing upon you.

Much love xx
