Simon walks us through what a “small business restructure” is, when to reach out for help, and the option/s that may be available to a director who is under serious financial stress. 

If you’ve ever found yourself under financial stress, it’s very important that you hear this: you’re not alone, there is help, it’s going to be ok, don’t be scared to put your hand up and ask for help. 

Obvs it’s very important that you reach out as early as possible and you take advice from the right people, but yeh it’s super important for us all take the stigma out of suffering alone. No one should suffer / walk alone in this. 

If for whatever reason you haven’t reached out for help yet, and you are still breathing, read this: IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO ASK FOR HELP. 

Most successful people have been either bankrupt or on the verge of it at some point in their life. That’s not to honour or make light of the matter, it’s just explains the serious risk that business owners walk around with every day of their journey.
