Today on the lounge we have the absolute honour of having one of my best mates James Hipwell as our guest.  

James, alongside his wife Alex, run Hipwell Projects: a luxury building + development company based out of south Sydney. 

We discuss lots of topics including, but not limited to: what builders look for in electricians, running large teams, cost plus work, liquidation, preferential payment, property investment, building, development + much more. 

James sure has accomplished a lot in his (almost) 40 years on this planet.
