Join my special guest Emilia Arenas for a discussion about Ashtanga Yoga and her advice that rings so true and sweet, Simply Be Kind. Check her out on IG @emilia_ashtangayoga and you can contact her via email at [email protected].
Emilia Arenas believes yoga is a long journey that needs to be taken with love, dispassion and relentless discipline. Years ago, while searching for a connecting path to a more calm and spiritual lifestyle, Emilia was fortunate to have her mother take her to a yoga class. Soon afterwards yoga became not only the direct conversation that she was seeking but also a gateway to a wholesome lifestyle and more compassionate approach to herself and others. After years of teaching Emilia fulfilled her long-awaited dream of visiting Mysore, India where she studied under the supervision of R. Sharath Jois. Emilia teaches the morning Mysore program and is a devoted teacher at Miami Life Center.
Emilia is currently holding her online Mysore program where she keeps sharing her passion for the path of Yoga and she continues to strive to give her students the tools for a better relationship with their bodies so they can develop a better conversation about themselves and others.
