In this episode, Chris and Kevin Carton, brothers and co-host of the Science and Spirituality podcast, and I will be discussing emotional energy as it pertains to science and spirituality. 

Dr. Chris Carton is a doctor of acupuncture, an NCCAOM board certified and licensed acupuncturist in the state of North Carolina, and a certified HeartMath coach. He co-hosts the Science and Spirituality Podcast with his brother Kevin, an educational podcast discussing universal spiritual principles while grounding them in modern science. Chris has a passion for educating others about stress and its role in disease and health through its impact on the nervous system. 

Kevin Carton specializes in empowering people to discover and live their soul’s purpose. He began his journey when he took a leap of faith to leave pharmacy school to pursue his purpose. Within a year he established himself as a budding expert in the personal development industry. 

 Now as a Spiritual Life & Business Coach, Kevin has spoken on stage in front of thousands of people, which led to him being described as a young Bob Proctor and the next Tony Robbins. He shares daily inspiration on his Instagram @kevinfcarton and his podcast "Science & Spirituality" with an international community of tens of thousands of like-minded people soaking in his advice.
