The moment I turned 38,  a very heavy load I was carrying (without knowing just how heavy the load was) dropped. Not an ounce in me wanted to pick the load back up and convince myself that we "need this load to keep us safe, loved, protected, accepted!"

A very clear image of my 40-year-old-self has presented and hot-diggity-damn, she is next level She! No wonder my now self is dropping shit like it's hot, because where I'm walking, where I'm headed, there is not an inch of space for this heavy load carrying.

And so, I empty myself out to, in time, filler up buttercup with purpose. What a time! And so the work, the healing, the breathing, the burger with the lot, continues.
