There seems to be two types of people through the month of December.
The first are full of festive spirit, excited for the parties and socialising, soaking up those finish line vibes. The others are in full burn out mode, dragging themselves to the end of the month with less optimism and more dread about what the next few weeks look like.
And while you might fit into the latter, there are actually three very distinct types of burnout that extend beyond a feeling of being tired or too busy.
In this episode of The Quicky, we look at the three types of burnout and how to combat them to start afresh in 2024.
