Today's episode is an invitation to look at how you spend your energy. Do you spend it hard and fast? Do you spend more than you have? Do you keep it all to yourself for fear you'll burn yourself out again? 

I was this close to spending my new and refreshed energy, fast! After returning from Hawaii, swimming in crystal clear oceans, being sun-kissed, no-where to be and not a lot to do, I had recharged myself to maximum capacity. And I felt freakin' great.

When I returned home, I felt an old pattern return. The one that spends my energy faster than it took to regain in. This too was a pattern with me and money back in the day. Just when I was about to overstep my own boundary and give another part of me away, I stopped, observed what I was doing and why, and remained in curious observation for some time. As a result, I've maintained the energy the energy I restored whilst away and intend to keep it that way.
