By the  end of 2022, spaceX was preparing for a key test ,starships first test flight  using  both parts of the racket. Musk  said the year  before that there was lot of risks associate with the  first launch 

 I would not say like ,it is likely to be success , but I think we will make a lot of progress .

The plan was for starship to take off from the launch part in Texas . The boost would then separate and fall into the Gulf of Mexico as the spaceX engines fired and took it in a   90 minutes flight . Then it would come down ,and crash in the pacific ocean ,  but that’s not what happened ,shortly  after starship launched at  9,33am eastern . A graphic  on the live stream  indicated that three engines were not working .  With more  appearing to  go out before the blast .

After climbing 24miles , the racket began to tumble back to earth , and around 4 minutes into its flight , starship explored .SpaceX said a flight termination system  was  triggered on  both this spacecraft  and the  booster .

 When you have a failure ,you learned a lot from that failure  . So I think their plan was to test to the point of  failure ,and then let’s learn  from what  we can from that  failure ,so it never happens again .

This makes PD , one of the most common brain  diseases ), second only to Alzheimer’s , age increase of risk of Parkinson’s ,and average age of diagnosis  is  60 , so as our population continues growth get older, and more people are likely to experience PD ,in fact ,people tends to think of  Parkinson’s as an old person disease ,but some person get PD  at 40  or even younger , some disease  can be diagnosed with a lab test ,cholesterol level ,and (blood pressure ) measures to  evaluate for heart disease for example .

We need to test like that in Parkinson, but they don’t exist yet  ,doctors diagnosed Parkinson by completing  medical history and physical examination , they look for two and three classical motor  symptoms which are resting tremor . Stiffness and slowness  of movements .
