He now has the privilege of leading an organization of 130 employees and 12,000 volunteers that has provided supports and services to vulnerable Montgomery County residents since 1972.Most recently, Courtney served as the Vice President at Housing Up in Washington DC, where he led the provision of affordable housing and supportive services to more than 700 homeless individuals and at-risk households. Prior to his Housing Up experience, Courtney served as a Child Welfare leader in DC and Alabama.
