We feel so lucky to have not one, but two incredible guests that we treasure so deeply. We’re thrilled to bring back two of our favorite guests, Mildred Murillo and Ashley Torrent. 

Milly is an astrologer and spiritual coach who believes astrology is about guiding her clients to discover the divine wisdom and strength that is within them. 

Ashley is a psychospiritual counselor, intuitive medium, and teacher who believes that we are all mediums, psychics, empaths, and energy healers—we all have this magic inside of us that many have forgotten—and her intention is to help us remember.

We sat down with Milly and Ashley to discuss how we need to stay grounded in the physical world while holding all of what is happening within the cosmos, why intuition is not only the language of the Universe - but a key component of reclaiming a connection to our inner knowing, the importance of staying present with one another’s pain during the most challenging aspects of our human experience, and why every single element of our journey is necessary to support us in understanding who we are meant to become.
