Breast implant augmentations are becoming incredibly common and well known amongst women, particularly in the fitness industry.
Upon popular demand, we decided to share our personal experiences, shedding light on the pros and cons and the mindset required when making a decision to undergo surgery.
In an episode that is both for and against the surgery depending on your individual circumstances, we also highlight guidelines around the recovery afterward and how to ease back into training.
