It's a cracker of an episode this week with Jody and David speaking to the legendary Thomas Blanc, OCR athlete, adventure runner and now quality manager for Spartan.

They specifically discuss Thomas's recent running of Survival Nicaragua and everything competitors had to do on this crazy-ass race.

 Here's what you'll discover:

• Why a career in agriculture and farming is the best preparation for the race
• Why running with your sister is ALWAYS better than running with your partner 
• Why you should NEVER replace eggs with children
• What Thomas's exact role is for Spartan and how he run his eye over Spartan races to make sure they're up to scratch
