Influence & Impact for Leaders

Ep 117 - Are you asking for what you want?

Listen Later

How good are you at asking for what you want or what you need?  It could be flexible work hours, a pay rise, resources for your team, professional development or even just for help when you need it.

Many women struggle to ask for what they want and are often more comfortable putting other people’s needs ahead of their own.

In this week’s episode, I share how to get clear on your wants and needs, know that you deserve whatever it is that you're asking for and some top tips for making that ask.
