One of the biggest mistakes I see with EMDR clinicians in private practice is forgetting that they are the CEO of their lives and businesses. In this week's video, we talk about how to remember who is (and who is NOT) the boss, and go over some common examples of when this gets really confusing (e.g. rate shaming).
