WHO IS JOSH BURRUS

Josh is the Executive VP of Intercoastal Mortgage, Chief Lending Officer and Top Producer funding over $129M in 2022. Josh was born and raised in Northern Virginia and attended Virginia Tech, where he played hockey for the Hokies. He also grew up in the mortgage business, starting out at 18 as an intern and immediately caught his stride and moved up in the lending business quickly. As the Executive VP of Intercoastal Mortgage and the Chief Lending officer, his role is critical in shaping the loan process from start to finish. One of Josh’s true strengths is thinking “outside the box” for both The Burruss Team’s clients and the entirety of the company. In addition to rocking the mortgage business, Josh is also a dedicated husband and father of three who loves to travel and makes a mean breakfast. Go Hokies!
