His resume includes having published over 200 research articles and abstracts, written 4 books, and over 20 chapters in areas related to physique enhancement, sports nutrition, resistance training, and dietary supplementation. He’s a guy who knows what he’s talking about.

Bill breaks down what principles in fat loss, building muscle, and nutrition & dieting have stood the test of time throughout the decades of his work. What tactics have, and always will help get you leaner, stronger, and more fit - while keeping a maintainable lifestyle.
