A niche is a specialized market segment for a particular kind of product and service. As a trainer it’s important to understand the type of client you love working with and can get specific results with.
When starting out, it may not be easy to find a niche as you may be in a position where you need to take on almost anyone who crosses your path. Ideally, as your business grows, you can become more specific with who you take on as a client.
In this episode, we share anecdotes of how our niche has changed over the years and we remind you that you can’t help everyone with everything, you are a unique individual who has your own skill sets that can be put to good use.
