On this week's episode, we welcome Kris to share her story. Kris offers us a unique perspective of experiencing generational birth trauma. Kris' mother passed away at 3 days old, and she shares with us her own birth trauma with her second pregnancy with her son Logan - who is now 23. After years of healing and putting in the work for it, Kris shares about what it is like to be 20+ years removed from your birth trauma and how important it is to speak out your trauma and not be small in your story. We hope this episode gives hope to you wherever you are in your healing journey.
On this episode, you will hear:
- generational birth trauma
